Without concurrently working to strengthen the foundational architecture that supports global gender equality efforts, it will be exceedingly difficult to resist the threats to progress and to generate new momentum.
Through Project Phoenix, the Arch Collaborative is developing a set of actionable recommendations for six domains forming a strategic vision of the global gender equality scaffolding: 1) multilateral platforms and mechanisms; 2) financing strategies; 3) data systems and platforms; 4) narratives and messaging; 5) technology; and 6) organizational mechanisms.
Our work on the financing strategies domain is generating bold recommendations focused on public and private financing strategies that advance gender equality at the national, regional, and global level.
