Ashley MacPherson

Chief of Staff

Ashley MacPherson is the Chief of Staff of the Arch Collaborative. Ashley previously served as a policy advisor in the Secretary's Office of Global Women's Issues at the U.S. Department of State, where she led the office’s work to advance gender equality through the United Nations (UN).

Ashley has also previously worked as a senior policy advisor on gender at the United Kingdom’s Mission to the UN land in various offices throughout her career with the U.S. Department of State, including the Foreign Service Institute and Political-Military Affairs. Ashley holds a Master's degree in International Affairs with a concentration in Global Gender Policy from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree from Utah State University.
